Sun

I feel like days just happen. In and out. The sun rises, blankets and covers half of the world with a warm, bright brilliance. Then, once it realizes that the other half of the planet is shivering with cold, it pulls off the blanket and covers the other side. We oftentimes fail to connect ourselves with the consistency of this process. We insist that it is much more complex than just a 24 hour rotation and a 365 day revolution. We insist that curves and blind movements strike at irregular intervals to damn us and put us into our destined places. However the reality of it all is that our destined place is where we intend ourselves to be. Here, walking upon this earth with the task of breathing and living. What we do in between the warm and cool is not the business of the world. We complicate our own lives by expecting more than what we are given. Stop expecting more. Only expect tomorrow.
